Brian D. Chase is a partner with Bisnar | Chase, where he has a national practice specializing in automobile products and liability/crashworthiness litigation, and catastrophic personal injury litigation. He is President of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and also serves on the Board of Governors of Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Chase is an author and frequent lecturer on products liability litigation, and has been a frequent guest on radio and television, including appearances on CBS Special Reports, World News Tonight with Peter Jennings, and Meet America's Best Lawyers. He has published opinions in the California Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. In 2004, Mr. Chase was named Product Liability Trial Lawyer of the Year by OCTLA.
