David P. Hersh's professional focus has been complex business litigation since 1983. Mr. Hersh's selection and invitation into Fellowship of the Litigation Counsel of America comes after being evaluated on his effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work along with his outstanding ethical reputation. Mr. Hersh serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Judicial Institute, an independent, nonpartisan citizens' group devoted to the excellence and independence of the judiciary. Mr. Hersh has served as an instructor in trial tactics for the American Bar Association-sponsored National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) school. Mr. Hersh received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, Order of the Barristers.
