It makes Bart angry to hear about insurance adjusters pressuring victims to settle within 24 hours of the incident—often for far less than they should receive.

“It’s grossly unfair because at that point, you don’t know the extent of your injuries,” he explains. “Many of our clients have wisely refused a $500 ‘quickie’ settlement on a small injury, come to us and received $5,000 to $10,000.”
