A respected leader in the legal community, David serves as a member of the Executive Board of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and has been an elected representative of the State Bar of Michigan. David has been recognized as an expert in issues related to trying close head injury cases and psychiatric injury cases. He obtained what was at the time the largest jury verdict ever rendered in a Michigan case involving a purely psychiatric injury from an accident. David has lectured at seminars and authored articles concerning trial technique. He joined the firm as a trial attorney in 1992. David graduated law school with honors and also earned a Master's degree from the University of Michigan.
