Charles Rittgers is past president of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, founding member of the National DUI College, former assistant Warren County prosecutor and past president of the Warren County Bar Association. Charlie has more than 29 years of extensive and successful trial experience. He has been involved in a number of high-profile cases that garnered statewide and national public interest. He concentrates on criminal defense and personal injury. Ellen Rittgers, president of the Warren County Bar Association, has successfully handled thousands of divorce and divorce-related cases in Warren County and surrounding jurisdictions since 1979. Ellen now focuses her practice on complex domestic relations cases in Warren County and has advanced the law in Ohio by the use of nationally recognized experts. She possesses and practices recognized negotiation skills and techniques as a member of the Cincinnati Association of Collaborative Professionals, but is prepared to aggressively litigate when necessary.
