White & Weddle works on a contingent-fee basis. In this day and age, many insurance companies deny valid claims because they feel that with their money and power, they are above the law. Most people on the receiving end of this treatment cannot afford the $200+ per hour some lawyers may charge to help. As contingent-fee lawyers, the attorneys work without pay until justice is achieved. Only then do they get paid.

A 2000 graduate of the Oklahoma City University Law School, Charles C. Weddle III is a partner of White & Weddle and also a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Oklahoma Association for Justice. His practice areas include personal injury and insurance bad faith.
