In 2006, Texas Monthly Magazine named Michael Nacol a "Rising Star" in personal injury litigation.  Michael Nacol was included as "Houston's Top Attorneys" for 2007 and 2008 according to Houston Magazine's annual attorney publication.  In 1997 Michael Nacol was the lead investment analyst over a $1 Billion USD real estate deal. In 2006 Michael successfully resolved his biggest lawsuit to date: restoring a client's patent rights valued at over $3,000,000,000.
